  5. During pregnancy, essential oils can be used in limited quantities and strictly under the supervision of a physician. During this period, their concentration must be reduced by 2 times from normal.
  6. For heart diseases, asthma and asthmatic conditions, the use of oils is permissible only after consulting a doctor.
  7. The use of essential oils inside is recommended only after consulting a doctor.
  8. The duration of the course of aromatherapy should not exceed 3 weeks. After that, do a week break.
  9. Do not immediately add an unknown oil in a jar of cream or a bottle of shampoo.
