1st day

- For dinner, cook boiled beef with eggplant and pepper (250 g);
- During the snack, nuts (cashews, walnuts, Brazilians) about 50 grams are allowed, any fresh fruits or vegetables (1 carrot, 1 cucumber).
Day 2
- For breakfast, prepare a portion of oatmeal (250 g);
- For lunch, fresh cream soup of broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, a small portion of fruit salad;
- Prepare rabbit stew for dinner, rice and vegetables to suit your side dish, drink a cup of green tea;
- During the snack, fruits (plums, apricots) are allowed - a few pieces, nuts (pine, almond, walnut).
3rd day
- For breakfast a portion of low-fat cottage cheese, an apple, berry juice;
- For lunch, a portion of mushroom soup (light fried vegetables are allowed), salad (Chinese cabbage, beef, cilantro, cucumber);
- At dinner, you can cook baked fish with boiled green beans (no more than 300 g);
- During the snack, fruit or nuts are allowed.
- Starting from the 4th day, you must repeat the diet of the 1st.
