Fruitory jacob
Jacob came to fruit eating, having gone a long way of vegetarianism and raw food. Today he is sure that he made the right choice.

AFTER:
How did you find out about the new type of food, when and why did you decide to switch to it?
I first learned about syroedenie in 2009, when I read articles on the Internet, in particular, “Syroed Confession” of Izyum. And immediately decided that this is the next stage in the diet. Prior to that, 8 years was a vegetarian. At the moment, the total "experience" of raw food is 3.5 years, of which I have been a fruitorial for 1.5 years.
Do you plan to continue eating like this?
Yes.
How easy was the transition (how long did it take)?
The transition was easy, which is connected, probably, with a long period of vegetarianism. The transition was abrupt in terms of ceasing to eat that boiled food that I had previously eaten (porridge).
How to fight with public opinion (who supported? Who considered crazy?)
At the very beginning I did not fight, but fought with me. Fighting as a way of proving one’s own righteousness to others was tried out at the vegetarian stage, and has not proven its effectiveness. Friends took it as another eccentricity, and just as they did during the transition to vegetarianism, they said it was temporary. Relatives are more worried that I will die. The hardest thing turned out to be with his wife. Perhaps this factor also affected our relationship with her - they ended.
Were there moments when you returned to the previous steps and allowed yourself to eat something that you refused?
There was no regular return to the previous diet, but there were breakdowns in the so-called narcotic food (cheese, fried potatoes). In general, he was guided by a psychological state, and if the pressure was unbearable, he chose to stay in his mind rather than break into others. But over time, the realization that boiled food is still not food took over. And it remains in the past.
Were there any side effects?
At the very beginning of 5-6 months there was a weight loss of 8 kg (from 59 to 51). Now weight is stable 55kg. If doing a barbell, I gain 2-3 kg.
How has your life changed in connection with the transition (spiritually and physically, socially)?
Physically I began to feel much better: my endurance increased, I began to sleep less, my ability to learn increased.
The biggest changes have taken place socially. A year after the start of syroedenia, I changed jobs (closed the business) and went to live outside the city, I entered again to study an interesting profession (psychology). Also began to actively promote this lifestyle, i.e. meals (I lecture in my city).
What advise those who are just going to start eating the same way as you?
First of all, decide for yourself why you need it in the long term, and not for 1-2 years, because restructuring the body from one type of food to another is stressful for the body. But in any case, if there is a desire - you need to follow it. Good luck everyone!
