Ingredients for Salad with Squid:
- fresh squids - 500 g;
- chicken egg - 4-5 pcs .;
- crab sticks - 240 g;
- ham - 300 g;
- fresh parsley - 1 bunch;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- salt, pepper as desired.
Method of cooking salad with squid
- Squids need to be cleaned, rinsed, put in a saucepan and top with cold water. Put the pot on a large fire (screw it to boil after boiling), boil for about 3 minutes. Cooked squid put in a colander to all excess liquid is gone. Cool and cut into thin straws 3-5 cm long (can be longer).
- Crab sticks and eggs are cut into small cubes (or stripes). Ham cut into strips. Parsley chopped. All ingredients are gently mixed to preserve the integrity of the eggs, salted on top and pepper to taste. Then you can fill with mayonnaise.
