Cooking:

  • Mushrooms and dill should be thoroughly washed, the onions should be peeled, and the dough should be kept for a while at room temperature. It should be soft.
  • Let the mushrooms dry on a towel. When the mushrooms are dry, cut them into cubes. Crumble onion finely.
  • Take a pan, pour about 3 tbsp into it. vegetable oil and heat up. Put the mushrooms in the heated oil and fry them. The mushrooms must lose their fluid and fry slightly.
  • Place the onions in the skillet and fry them together with the mushrooms. The mixture should be periodically stirred and salt to taste.
  • Chop the dill. Add it to the mushrooms when they are ready. Pepper all to taste, remove from heat and cover with a lid, so that the mushrooms can infuse for 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour a small amount of flour on the table so that the dough does not stick. Lay out a dough sheet with a width of no more than 12 cm, roll out so that its thickness is about 3 mm.
  • Divide the resulting sheet of dough into 4 rectangles, slightly marking the border with a knife. In two of the 4 received rectangles lay out the filling, spreading it evenly over the entire rectangle.
  • Free from the filling edge of the sheet, where the other two rectangles are located, cover the rectangles with the filling and slightly press down.
  • Cut the resulting dough sheet with filling on the intended line in half and roll it out with a rolling pin.
  • Heat the sandwich maker and place one of the rectangles in it. Close the sandwich maker and wait about 3-4 minutes until the dough is baked. Dough can be removed when it is lightly browned. Place ready sandwiches on a platter and garnish with parsley.
