Composition:
- Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg

Cooking:

This dish can be not only a sweet dessert. In its historic homeland on Christmas Eve, it serves as a full-fledged hearty dish, because it is prepared with the addition of beef fat. The flavor combination with citrus and dried fruit may seem unusual to many, but even this non-standard recipe has many admirers. Classic Christmas pudding requires 3 weeks to prepare, as it needs time to mature. A light version of the recipe in the presence of a multicooker allows you to cope in a week. It does not take into account the preparation of certain components, which does not imply a permanent monitoring of their condition.
Composition:
- Raisin without seeds - 250 g
- Kishmish - 250 g
- Dried cherry (or brown bread) - 80 g
- Rum - 1 tbsp.
- Almond - 75 g
- Candied orange peels to taste
- Flour - 65 g
- Crackers - 250 g
- Salt, spices - to taste
- Milk - 130 ml
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- 1 lemon juice
- Beef suet (butter) - 250 g
