An excellent solution to the problem will be potato cake, it is cooked quickly, but it turns out very appetizing! And the slow cooker will be a real help in its preparation.

Potato pie in a slow cooker: how to cook?

Composition:

  1. Potatoes - 8 pcs.
  2. Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  3. Milk - 150 ml
  4. Butter - 2 tbsp.
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Pork - 350 g
  7. Ground black pepper to taste
  8. Onions - to taste

Cooking:

  • Peel and boil potatoes in a slow cooker for 30 minutes, salt to taste.
  • Then it should be kneaded in a separate bowl.
  • Heat the milk and pour it into the potatoes during kneading, add butter and mix.
  • Put the eggs to the potatoes and mix everything again. This is the basis of the future pie.
  • Pork minced, as well as pre-peeled onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put half of the potato mixture in the bowl of the multicooker and level it, and then put mincemeat on top, and the rest of the potato on top of it.
  • From above, the pie should be greased with a raw egg.
  • Put the slow cooker on the "baking" mode and cook the cake for about 50 minutes.

  1. Potatoes - 4 pcs.
  2. White cheese - 100 g
  3. Butter - 150 g
  4. Salt - 1 tsp.
  5. Gouda Cheese - 150 g
  6. Maasdam Cheese - 50 g
  7. Cottage cheese - 100 g
  8. Yeast puff pastry - 0.5 kg
  9. Fresh dill - 1 bunch

Cooking:

  • Peeled potatoes need to be boiled in salted water, and then knead with butter, pre-drain all the liquid.
  • Grate all cheeses, crumble cottage cheese, add chopped dill and mix everything thoroughly.

  3. Flour - 150 g

  9. Hard cheese - 100 g
