Cake in a pan is a quick and easy way to make a dessert. If for some reason you cannot use the oven or there is no time for cooking, then this method is for you. Cooking a cake in a pan will take no more than 30 minutes!

Composition:

For cake layers:

  • Flour - 0.5 kg
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Margarine - 150 g
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp. l
  • Soda - 1.5 tsp.
  • Table vinegar 6 percentage - 1.5 tbsp. l
  • Salt - 1 pinch

For cream:

  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Granulated sugar - 400 g
  • Flour - 6 tbsp. l
  • Butter - 250 g
  • Bitter chocolate - 100 g

Cooking:

  1. The first thing is to prepare the cake. In a separate bowl quench the soda with vinegar. In another bowl, mix the margarine and sour cream until smooth. Beat the eggs in a blender. Add scrambled eggs, flour, sugar, salt and slaked soda to the mixture. Knead the dough uniformly. It should be quite elastic. Leave for 30 minutes to make the mass softer and more pliable.
  2. While the dough will infuse, prepare a cream for napoleon. Put butter, sugar and flour in the hot milk, stirring constantly. Put the cream to boil on low heat until thick. During the preparation of the cream do not forget to stir it all the time.
  3. When the dough is fully prepared, divide it into 10 parts. Roll each part into a thin layer. Cut out even circles from each part using a plate. The dough circles should match the diameter of the pan. To prevent the cakes from puffing during frying, calcine each circle with a fork in several places. It is more convenient to bake cakes on a special pan for pancakes with non-stick coating. Bake in a pan all 10 shortcakes and let them cool. Do not forget to fry the trim, left over from the test - they will be required for decoration.
  4. When the cakes cool, grease them alternately with cream, stacking each other and pressing lightly. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and toasted dough, then refrigerate overnight to soak.

For cake layers:

  • Flour - 300 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Butter - 250 g
  • Soda - 1 pinch
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Table vinegar 6% - 1 tsp.

For cream:

  • Cottage cheese - 0.7 kg
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Egg yolk - 4 pcs.
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Walnuts - for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Extinguish the soda with vinegar. Mix the butter with the sugar and add the hydrated soda. Gently pour the flour and knead the dough. Put it in the fridge for a while.
  2. Rub the curd through a sieve, add sugar, butter and yolks. Mix everything thoroughly and stew for 3 minutes. Constantly stir the curd cream. Cool the finished product.
  3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 10 pieces. Roll out each slice, cut a circle out of it and fry in a pan without oil. Cooled cakes, blot with cottage cheese cream. Decorate the top of the cake with crushed nuts and put it in the fridge for 2 hours to soak. Ready cottage cheese cake served to the table with tea or coffee.

For the test:

  • Flour - 0.5 kg
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Soda - 1 tsp.
  • Table vinegar 6 percentage - 1 tbsp. l

For cream:

  • Flour - 4 tbsp. l
  • Milk - 700 ml
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1.5 Art.
  • Butter - 250 g
  • Vanillin - 1 pinch
  • Kiwi - for decoration

Cooking:

  1. First prepare the cake cream. Pour milk into a deep pan, break eggs into it, add vanillin, sugar and flour. Whip all ingredients with a whisk until smooth. Put the pot on a slow fire. Stir it constantly while cooking the cream. Readiness is determined by thickening. When the cream is ready, add the butter and close the pan with a lid.
  2. Mix eggs and condensed milk in a separate bowl. Dip the soda with vinegar and add to the bowl. Slowly pour the flour and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll them and pierce in several places with a fork.
  3. Heat the pan and bake the cakes until cooked. Finished cakes smear cream, do not forget to miss the side. Peel kiwi, cut into circles and decorate the entire surface of the cake with them. Emerald tortoise cake can be served at the table with tea.

Fry each cake in a frying pan until cooked. When the cakes are ready, carefully cut the edges and sprinkle for the cake.
  2. Take a deep pan, break eggs into it, add sugar, flour and pour in a thin stream of milk. Beat the mass until smooth. Put the saucepan on a slow fire and boil the cream until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Lubricate each crust cream, stacking each other. Sprinkle the top of the cake with crumb of dough and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak.
