Pancakes with sour milk are considered the most delicious and fragrant. They are very plastic and more suitable for stuffing. Such a dessert will surely appeal to those who love sweets. Baking from sour milk always has a special taste: very tender, sweetish, but with a slight sourness.
The main "actor" dough - sour milk. Taste, quality of a basis and the end result depends on it. Therefore, for cooking, you should use milk, which is sour only today, and yesterday it was still usable. A product that has stood for a week in the refrigerator and turned into yogurt will not work.
To make pancakes, milk can also be acidified.
