How to cook beef stroganoff

Beef stroganoff is a universal gravy with meat for rice, pasta, potatoes. Invented the dish Russian Count Alexander G. Stroganov.   • While the meat is infused you need to cook the sauce. Melt 50 g of butter, add flour, meat broth (if desired, the broth can be replaced with milk), tomato, spices. Bring to a boil, add sour cream and turn off.
  • For making juicy beef stroganoff, roll the pieces before frying in flour, this will allow the meat to keep tender. The breaded meat is placed on a hot, greased skillet. Stir-fry until crispy for 10 min.
  • Chop the onions and mushrooms, put them in the pan, fry with the meat for 10 minutes. Then pour the previously prepared sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Beef stroganoff can be served with fresh herbs.
