  • Apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp.

  • Thyme (dry) - 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • Cream - 7 tbsp.
  • Butter - 250 g
  • Green onions - 4 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp.
  • Almond (chopped) - 90 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Sauce: Mix vinegar, bay leaf, wine, thyme and finely chopped onions in a saucepan. Boil the mixture until the liquid has partially evaporated. Pour in the cream. Evaporate the mass to half. Turn down the heat. Put 170 g of butter in pieces. After cooking, strain the cream sauce through a sieve. Add green onions, salt and pepper, lemon juice.
  2. Rinse the halibut fillet and cut it into equal parts. Rub each piece with salt and pepper. Heat the vegetable and butter in a pan. Fry the fillet on each side for 3 minutes. Put the fish on a baking sheet.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated almonds and 1 tbsp. melted butter. Grease the fish with egg and sprinkle with dry mix.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown (about 10 - 15 minutes). Before serving to the festive table, pour warm cream sauce.

  • Garlic - 3 tooth.
  • Mustard - 4 tbsp.

Cooking:
