Probably many, being small, tried delicious biscuits through a meat grinder, which has a simple cooking recipe.
Minced shortbread cookies: a classic recipe
Probably everyone loves shortbread cookies from childhood, which is not surprising, because this dessert is not only very tasty, but also easy to prepare. It is characterized by the use of simple products that are in the fridge of almost every housewife.
Composition:
- Vanilla - on the tip of a knife
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Sifted flour - 2.5 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 120 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Egg yolk - 3 pcs.
Cooking:
- First, separate the yolks from the proteins.
- In a separate container, mix sugar and yolks until it is completely dissolved and a homogeneous whitish mass is formed.
- Take the butter and grind it until white, to soften.
- Mix yolks and butter, mix everything well.
- We enter into mix sour cream, vanillin and soda.
- All components are well mixed - it must be ensured that the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Enter the pre-sifted flour in small portions and knead so that lumps do not appear - you should have a rather thick dough with a homogeneous consistency.
- Gently knead the dough with your hands and form an envelope. We divide the dough into several parts, make not very thick sausages, wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees.
- Take a baking tray and cover it with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Chilled dough is passed through a meat grinder before baking and cut into small pieces.
- We spread the formed cookies on a baking sheet (it can be even strips or arbitrary pieces).
- Bake shortbread in a preheated oven until cooked for about 30 minutes.
Cookies "Homemade" is simple and tasty!
To make homemade cookies through the meat grinder, you can use the following simple recipe. To make it more interesting, if you wish, you can add some walnuts.
Composition:
- Sifted wheat flour - 2-2.5 Art.
- Chopped nuts - 90-100 g
- Soda - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Butter - 220-250 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
Cooking:
- In a deep bowl, whisk or whip cooled eggs with a whisk or a mixer, gradually add sugar.
- Separately, extinguish a small amount of soda vinegar and add to the finished sugar-egg mass.
- Take the chilled butter and rub it on a grater (large).
- Sift wheat flour through a fine sieve and gradually add it to the oil. Take a spoon and gently knead the mixture.
- Carefully mix the two masses, add the grated walnuts and knead the elastic, soft dough.
- The finished dough is wrapped in plastic wrap, then put in the fridge (freezer) for 30-40 minutes.
- At that time, while the dough cools, turn on the oven and heat it to 180-200 degrees.
- The baking sheet is covered with a sheet of parchment paper for baking.
- We take out the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into several parts, and then pass it through a meat grinder.
- Knife cut off the "vermyshinki" of such length, which will be a cookie. You can leave small strips or give the desired shape to the liver (it all depends on your imagination).
- Put the cookies on a baking sheet and place in the oven, bake for about 10-15 minutes, until ready.

Mayonnaise delicacy recipe

Composition:
- Powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp. l (for decoration)
- Wheat flour - 3.5-4 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 190-200 g
- Soda - ½ tsp.
- Butter - 190-200 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Kefir - 3.5-4 tbsp. l
Cooking:
- First, take the butter and lightly melt it in a water bath or in the microwave.
- Add sugar, kefir and mayonnaise to butter.
- All components thoroughly knead until a mass of homogeneous consistency.
- Pour some soda into the mixture and knead again.
- Add in small portions the wheat flour sifted through a fine sieve.
- Knead the dough well and make sure that the flour does not form lumps.
- Knead the finished dough with your hands, make several not very thick sausages.
- Next, sausages skip through a meat grinder and form not very large biscuits.
- While we are making cookies, we turn on the oven, as it has to warm up to 180 degrees.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper (it can be spread with margarine so that it does not burn).
- We spread on the baking sheet dough blanks and place in the oven.
- We bake cookies in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until ready.
- As soon as the cookie gets a light golden hue, we take it out of the oven, let it cool, then sprinkle with a small amount of powdered sugar.
How to make cookies "Chrysanthemum"?
If you have no time at all, but you want to cook something delicious, the following recipe is just perfect for you.
Composition:
- Vanillin - to taste
- Flour - 4,5-5 Art.
- Soda - ½ tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Margarine - 220-250 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
Cooking:
- In a deep bowl, mix the cooled eggs, add sugar, soda, salt and vanillin.
- All components are well mixed until a mass of homogeneous consistency is formed.
- We take the softened margarine into the resulting mass and in small portions enter the pre-sifted flour through a fine sieve.
- Knead the dough well - it should make a soft and elastic dough.
- The finished dough is twisted with sausages and wrapped in plastic wrap. Put the dough in the fridge for about 40 minutes.
- Heat the oven and cover the pan with parchment paper.
- Let the cooled dough pass through a meat grinder and give the chrysanthemum to the liver.
- Lay out the dough blanks on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees
- As soon as the "chrysanthemums" get a pleasant golden hue, we take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool down, and then sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
