Ingredients:
- 1.5 Art. cereals;
- 450 g of minced chicken;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 large onion;
- 4 tbsp. l oils (vegetable);
- salt, spices;
- greens (to taste).
Cooking:
- We wash the cereal and fill it with water.
- Shred the onions and rub the grated carrots.
- Pour oil into a pressure cooker bowl, put vegetables and set "Baking" mode for 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced meat, fry for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Fill buckwheat, pour cold boiled water so that the contents were completely covered with liquid. Add salt, spices.
- Set the mode "Pilaf" for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped greens before serving.
Buckwheat in merchants

Ingredients:

- 300 g of ground meat;

Cooking:
- We wash the cereal, pour it into the frying pan and, after drying, pour it into the bowl.
- Shred the onions and small straws cut the carrots.
- In vegetable oil (preferably olive or corn), passace vegetables.
- Add the minced meat and tomato paste or blanched tomatoes.
- After frying the mixture to brown, add the cereal. Fill with water so that the mixture is completely covered with it, and cover with a lid.
- Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- A couple of minutes before cooking, salt, pepper and add spices.
- Serve hot.
Buckwheat with a mixture of minced meat

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. cereals;
- 1 tbsp. cold water;
- 300 g ground beef;
- 300 g minced chicken;
- 1 medium sized tomato;
- 2 large onions;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tbsp. l oils (olive);
- salt pepper.
Cooking:
- Mix the stuffing. Wash buckwheat.
- Finely chop the onions, carrots cut into small cubes, and the tomato into large slices.
- Pour the oil into the bowl of the multicooker, pour the onion and fry it in the "Frying" mode for 3 minutes.
- Add the minced meat, fry for another 10 minutes, stirring.
- Fall asleep carrots, cook another 5 minutes in the same mode.
- Put buckwheat and tomato with minced meat. Fill 1 tbsp. water.
- Set the mode "Buckwheat" (or "Pilaf") for 35 minutes.
- After cooking, let the dish brew for 10 minutes.
