This combination is very light and nutritious. For lovers of meat and fish products, the salad can be supplemented with boiled or smoked chicken fillet, bacon, squid, shrimp or crab sticks.

This salad can be prepared with 2 types of dressing - French or sesame, of your choice. French is prepared on the basis of mustard, and in soybean sesame they add more soy sauce, sesame seeds and vinegar.

  1. Salad - 1 bunch
  2. Cucumber - 1 pc.
  3. Chicken fillet - 150 g
  4. Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
  5. Corn (canned) - 4 tbsp. l
  6. Hard cheese - 20 g
  7. Salt - to taste

For french refueling:

  1. Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l
  3. Mustard seeds -2 tsp.

  5. Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l
  6. Soy sauce - 2 tsp.
  7. Ground mustard - 2 tsp.
  8. Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
  9. Sugar - 1 tsp.
  10. Vinegar (9%) - 1.5 tsp.
  11. Salt, ground black pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  • First prepare the dressing for your chosen recipe. All ingredients need to be folded in a separate container and beat well with a fork or whisk.
  • Salad greens cut into large pieces, but you can just tear your hands.
  • Spread the crushed and washed greens on a la carte plates, and put thin slices of chicken meat on top.
  • Spread the corn on the chicken, 2 tbsp. l for each portion.
  • Wash cucumbers and cut into thin slices.
  • Tomatoes cut into 2 parts.
  • On the corn, put the cucumbers with tomatoes and salt.
  • Grind large grated cheese or make flakes of it using vegetable peeler, put it on top of vegetables.
  • Before serving, pour salad dressing.

This salad is very tender and nutritious, but at the same time light. It will be appropriate for both everyday and festive table.

Salad of corn and eggs with the addition of squid: a recipe

Composition:

  1. Squids - 0.5 kg
  2. Onion - 1 pc.
  3. Boiled hard boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  4. Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  5. Canned corn - 200 g
  6. Boiled rice - 50 g
  7. Chives - a few feathers
  8. Oil (butter or olive) - 40 g
  9. Dill - a few twigs
  10. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l
  11. Mayonnaise - 100 ml
  12. Salt, spices - to taste

Cooking:

  • Cooking begin with the preparation of squid. They need to be defrosted, and then pour over boiling water.
  • Then peel off the squid and rinse thoroughly under running cold water.
  • Pour water into a small saucepan and salt it, bring to a boil and place the squid carcasses. Boil them need no more than 5 minutes, then drain and cool.
  • Do not digest squid, otherwise they will be very dense and unpleasant taste. When the squid cool down cut them into thin straws.
  • Now proceed to the processing of onions. Peel the bulb, wash and cut into half rings thinly.
  • Then separate the resulting strips of onions from each other.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and put onion. Slightly fry it until transparent, and then add squid.
  • While stirring occasionally, cook the squid with onions for 3 minutes.
  • Pre-cooked eggs, peeled from the shell and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion with squid in a salad dish and mix with the eggs.
  • The washed cucumbers also cut into medium cubes and put in the salad. If cucumbers have thick and coarse skin, it is recommended to remove it.
  • Rice should be rinsed well in several waters until the liquid is completely clear. Then put it in salted water and boil until cooked.
  • Washed out after cooking and lightly chilled rice is put to the rest of the salad ingredients.
  • Drain liquid from the corn and send it to the salad dish.
  • Chop the greens, squeeze the lemon juice.
