  • 0.5 kg pumpkin
  • 200 g apples
  • 200 g honey
  • 100 ml of water
  • Cinnamon


  1. Pumpkin peeled and seeds. Cut into small slices.

  5. Bake in the oven for 120 minutes at a very low temperature (120 degrees), then the density of the pieces turn out to be "candied". At ordinary temperature (180-200 degrees), 20-35 minutes is enough. Periodically water the top of the selected juice.

A few "tasty" tips:

  • If you are allergic to bee products, use honey, sugar (including vanilla), and powdered sugar instead of honey.
  • On the basis of honey, you can prepare a more complex fill. For example, with sour cream honey and cinnamon.
  • If you are worried that vegetables and fruits will burn, lubricate the pre-form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (you can make crumbs out of cookies).
  • A richer taste will make a dish if you add the juice of freshly squeezed lemon or even a few lemon slices between apples and pumpkin.
