- Cabbage Head - 600 g
- Dry mashed potatoes (for example, "Mivina") with creamy taste - 100-150 g
- Parmesan or Gouda cheese - 200 g
- Large eggs, 3pcs.
- Parsley dried or finely chopped fresh - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil to lubricate the form - 1 tbsp.
- Salt, bay leaf, garlic.
- Cut the cabbage head in half and boil it in a little salty water with bay leaf and garlic until half cooked.
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of cold water.
- Finely grate cheese. Stir it with dry mashed potatoes and parsley.
