  • Chopped parsley, basil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Pre-fill the cabbage head with cold water and let it stand for 20-30 minutes. Then disassemble it into pieces and cook until half ready in salt water with bay leaf and garlic. Drain the water.
  2. Put prepared cabbage into oiled baking dish.
  3. Whisk to beat the eggs, add cream. Next, put coarsely grated cheese.
  4. Sprinkle cabbage with half greens, season with pepper and salt. Pour the egg-cream cheese mixture.
  5. Put in a preheated oven (200 degrees) and wait for a beautiful golden look (15 min.). Switch off and leave for another 20 minutes.

  1. Cut the cabbage head in half and boil it in a little salty water with bay leaf and garlic until half cooked.
  2. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of cold water.
  3. Finely grate cheese. Stir it with dry mashed potatoes and parsley.
