- Mix in equal proportions marsh cows, snake (grass) and burdock (roots). Mix everything and pour 500 ml of hot water 2 tsp. herbal blend. The mixture is infused for approximately 1.5 hours. Take a tincture of 0.5 st. every day thrice a day.
