  • Morning: buckwheat-rice steam fritters, tea with milk.
  • Snack: curd jelly.
  • Dinner: oatmeal soup with pumpkin, meat pie with carrots, kefir.
  • Snack: steamed vegetables.
  • Evening: chicken meatballs with cauliflower puree, rice porridge, compote.

Depending on the season, you can add fresh fruits to the diet: watermelon, melon, apricots.
