  • In our morning food, sweet taste should prevail, in the evening (if someone eats in the evening) - neutral taste (i.e., products that contain a lot of water, hence the taste will be neutral), but at lunch everything should be present in food 6 tastes - sweet, sour, salty, bitter, sharp, tart. When food has 6 tastes, it completely nourishes the body and mind.
