A chicken baked in a slow cooker as a whole will turn out very tasty if you cook it in soy sauce with mustard and mayonnaise. Choose a small bird carcass to fit in a multi-bowl. Be careful with the salt, as soy sauce and mayonnaise are salty enough.

  • 3-4 garlic cloves;

  • 300 g fresh mushrooms;
  • 150 grams of buckwheat;
  • filtered water;
  • seasoning mix and salt.


  1. Wash chicken and dry. Turn the carcass down breast and gently cut it on the back. Then take out the ridge and bones. Attention: the bones on the wings and legs are left. Try not to damage the integrity of the carcass.
  2. In a separate bowl we combine Worcestershire and soy sauces, squeeze garlic cloves and add seasoning mixture and salt. Stir marinade until smooth.
  3. We rub the whole carcass with the marinade, and then sew it neatly. This should be done in the direction from the neck to the tailbone. The main thing - leave a hole at the tail in order to then fill the chicken.
  4. Leave the chicken to marinate for an hour.
  5. In the meantime, let's do the preparation of the filling. Onion and mushrooms clean and chop.
  6. Fry them in a slow cooker on vegetable oil in the "Baking" mode until all excess liquid comes out of the mushrooms. Do not forget to mix.
  7. We wash the buckwheat by changing the water several times. Add it to the multi-bowl, add salt and pour filtered water. The ratio of water and buckwheat should be 2 to 1.
  8. Exhibit mode "Buckwheat" or "Kashi" and prepare until the end of the program.
  9. Cool slightly the stuffing and stuff the chicken, and then sew up the hole.

  • For the marinade, combine the soy sauce with the juice of one orange and add seasoning and salt. All mix.
