Cream of whipped cream is a great dessert that can decorate any pastry dish, cake, for example. The cream can be prepared at home, especially since this is a very exciting and simple procedure that even a schoolboy can handle. In addition, cream of whipped cream can be made according to any recipe to your taste.

Composition:

  • Gelatin - 1 tsp.
  • Cold water - 0.25 Art.
  • Fatty cream (33% and above) - 1 tbsp.
  • Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
  2. Put the bowl with the dissolved gelatin in the microwave oven about 3 times for 1 minute. After each time it is recommended to mix the gelatin mixture.
  3. Then remove the dishes with gelatin and cool to room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl pour cream, vanilla and sugar. Beat the mass until the mass becomes homogeneous. Just do not overdo it, otherwise you will get butter instead of whipped cream.
  5. Add the gelatin to the whipped cream, pouring it in a smooth stream, whipping constantly. Beat the mixture until thick foam.
  6. Cream of whipped cream is ready. It is recommended to use it immediately for lubricating the cake.

Composition:

  • Fatty cream - 100 ml
  • Milk - 0.5 L
  • Granulated sugar - 250 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Wheat flour - 70 g
  • Butter - 50 g

Cooking:

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pass the flour for about 2 minutes.
  2. Heat the milk.
  3. Mash eggs with sugar. Pour hot milk into the eggs, stirring constantly.
  4. To the resulting milk-egg mass, add wheat flour with butter and put on fire. Bring the mass to a boil and, stirring constantly, cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Wipe the mass through a sieve and cool.
  6. Add cream to the mass and whisk with a whisk in a thick foam.
  7. Gently mix the resulting mixture with whipped cream.

Apple Cream Whipped Cream

Composition:

  • Apples - 300 g
  • Semolina - 100 g
  • Water - 0.5 tbsp.
  • Milk - 1 tbsp.
  • Granulated sugar - 100 g
  • Cream - 200 g
  • Sugar powder - 1 tbsp.
  • Vanillin - 1 pinch.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the cereal and boil it in water. Add milk to the cereal and boil until thick porridge.
  2. Peel the apples and remove the core.
  3. Prepare syrup from water and sugar and boil apple slices in it.
  4. Beat cream with powdered sugar and vanilla to make whipped cream.
  5. In the cooled semolina, add whipped cream and stir in the apples. Using a blender, whisk the mass.
  6. Whipped cream apple cream is ready to eat!

Strawberry Whipped Cream

Composition:

  • Strawberry - 400 g
  • Cream - 250 g
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • Gelatin - 3 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Pour gelatin with a small amount of water and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Peel the strawberries from the "tails" and whisk it with a mixer until smooth. Add sugar and swollen gelatin to it.
  3. Whip the cream and add to the strawberry mass.
  4. Cream spread in molds and put in the freezer to set.
  5. Strawberry cream from whipped cream is served as an independent dessert, garnished with fresh strawberries.

Composition:

  • Water - 0.5 tbsp.
  • Instant coffee - 5 tsp.
  • Gelatin - 10 g
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • Granulated sugar - 100 g
  • Cream - 1 tbsp.
  • Walnut - 100 g
  • Chocolate beans

Cooking:

  1. Fill the gelatine with water and let it swell.
  2. Pour boiling water over coffee and let it stand.
  3. In coffee liquid, dilute the swollen gelatin, egg yolk and sugar. Cool the mass.
  4. Whip the cream with a whisk, add coffee cream and chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the cream into the molds and garnish with chocolate beans. Whipped cream mocha cream is served as a separate dessert.

Composition:

  • Cream - 300 g
  • Sugar powder - 2 tbsp.
  • Cocoa 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla - 1 pinch

Cooking:

  1. Whip the cream and add cocoa, vanilla and caster sugar to them. Whisk again.
  2. Pour the finished chocolate cream into molds and freeze in the refrigerator. Thus, you will get homemade chocolate ice cream from cream with whipped cream.
  3. Cream is served with pieces of chocolate or chocolate chips.

Composition:

  • Cream - 200 g
  • Milk - 4 tbsp.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Granulated sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Vanillin - 1 pinch

Cooking:

  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  2. Beat yolks with sugar.
  3. Boil the milk and cool it to 60 degrees. Pour whipped yolks into it, constantly stirring the mass. Heat the mixture in a water bath until the mass thickens.
  4. Beat the whites and add to the mass.
  5. Whip cream with vanilla. Add the whipped cream to the cooled egg-milk mass.
  6. The resulting cream can be lubricated cakes or pastries.

Composition:

  • Cream - 400 ml
  • Water - 0.5 l
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Granulated sugar - 100 g
  • Egg yolks - 8 pcs.
  • Gelatin - 10 g
  • Dry tea - 30 g
  • Lemon peel

Cooking:

  1. Pour boiling water on grated zest of one lemon, tea and cinnamon. Cover for 10 minutes, then strain.
  2. Cool half of the tea drink, add gelatin to it.
  3. Boil the rest of the drink with sugar and add whipped cream.
  4. Beat the yolks, dilute with hot boiled tea, pour the mixture into the saucepan and put on the fire. Boil the mixture until thick.
  5. Add gelatin diluted in tea to the thick mixture and mix everything.
  6. Cream of whipped cream is poured into molds and served as an independent dessert.
