Meanwhile, this product is not so dangerous for the figure, as many think. The main thing - do not overdo it with a portion. Although, if you cook pasta according to traditional recipes, it will be quite difficult to stop in time. They are very tasty!

Spaghetti Bolognese: a classic recipe

Composition:

  1. Minced beef - 300 g
  2. Carrots - 1 pc.
  3. Onions - 1 pc.
  4. Spaghetti - 500 g
  5. Garlic - 4 slices
  6. Celery - 3 feathers
  7. Dry red wine - 150 ml
  8. Tomato juice - 500 ml
  9. Basil - 1 tsp.
  10. Salt - ¼ tsp.
  11. Ground black pepper - ¼ tsp.
  12. Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
  13. Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l
  14. Hard cheese (preferably Parmesan) - 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Peel the carrots, onions, garlic and celery and finely chop them. The smaller the pieces, the tastier and more fragrant the dish will turn out.
  • In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil and quickly fry the garlic in it. Then add the rest of the vegetables to it, stir and simmer over medium heat until half cooked.
  • Add the minced meat and continue to simmer until the meat is light. Pour the wine into the pan, slightly increase the heat and simmer the sauce until the liquid has evaporated.
  • Pour in tomato juice, add spices and simmer for about 40 minutes.
  • Boil spaghetti until half cooked. Throw in a colander to make the glass extra water, then add to the sauce. Stir, put the bay leaf and simmer another 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle spaghetti with fresh herbs and grated cheese before serving.

Composition:

  1. Pasta large (shells or tubules) - 300 g
  2. Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  3. Onions - 2 pcs.
  4. Minced meat - 500 g
  5. Carrots - 1 pc.
  6. Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l
  7. Flour - 2 tbsp. l
  8. Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
  9. Pepper, salt - to taste
  10. Greenery

Cooking:

  • Put macaroni into boiling salted water and boil them until half cooked for no more than 4 minutes. Throw in a colander, rinse with cold water.
  • Cut tomatoes and onion into small cubes, rub carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Heat 2 tbsp in a deep frying pan. l vegetable oil and fry in it ½ of the onion. Then add minced meat, a little salt and pepper to it and simmer for about 7 minutes.
  • Cook the vegetable sauce. In the saucepan, heat the remaining butter, fry the carrots and the 2nd part of the onion in it. When the vegetables are almost ready, add the cubes of tomatoes.
  • In a separate bowl mix sour cream, flour and spices. Send the resulting dressing in a saucepan to the vegetables.
  • Pour some water or broth in there, cover and simmer until vegetables are ready.
  • Grease the baking dish with butter, put the pasta in there and fill them tightly with minced meat. Top with all the vegetable sauce.
  • Bake the stuffed pasta for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs and grated cheese.

Composition:

  1. Pasta - 120 g
  2. Hard cheese - 50 g
  3. Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  4. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  5. Sour cream - 200 g
  6. Pepper, salt - to taste
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. Greenery

Cooking:

  • Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked so that they remain a little hard inside.
  • Throw the pasta in a colander, rinse with warm water and add a little vegetable or butter.
  • Peel tomatoes and slice into thin slices. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  • Break eggs into separate dishes, add sour cream and spices to them. Whisk the sauce with a whisk.
  • Grease the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil. Put a layer of pasta on them - cheese, on top - tomatoes.
  • Pour all egg sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees. Sprinkle the prepared dish with finely chopped greens.

  1. Broccoli - 400 g
  2. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  3. Pasta - 300 g
  4. Milk - 0.5 tbsp.
  5. Hard cheese - 70 g
  6. Green onions - 1 bunch
  7. Pepper, salt - to taste
  8. Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l
  9. Greenery

Cooking:

  • Broccoli divide into inflorescences, boil in salted water until half cooked.
  • Cook the pasta until half cooked, rinse with cold water and grease with oil.
  • In a separate bowl, break the eggs. Add milk, spices and whisk everything.
  • In a deep frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Put a layer of pasta, on top - a layer of broccoli.
  • Pour all the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese, green onions and parsley (or dill).
  • Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish on very low heat until tender.
  • You can cook a casserole in the oven. To do this, heat it to a temperature of 170 degrees and bake pasta for 20 minutes.
  • Instead of broccoli, you can use cauliflower or both types of cabbage in equal proportions.

Composition:

  1. Milk - 1 tbsp.
  2. Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l
  3. Hard cheese - 200 g
  4. Basil - 5 sprigs
  5. Salt and spices (black pepper, cumin) - ½ tsp.
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking:

  • In a pan, heat 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry in it the flour until golden brown.
  • Then gently, in a thin stream, pour in the milk. Stir to avoid lumps.
  • When the mixture boils, add the grated cheese. At this stage, there is a high probability of burning, so the sauce must be constantly stirred.
  • After 2-3 minutes put butter, salt and spices into the gravy. Simmer for about 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the minced basil to the sauce.

It is very useful to eat pasta with vegetables. You can make different sauces, and put them in casseroles. It is not recommended to make gravy on the basis of mayonnaise or very fat sour cream, add a lot of cheese, as well as flour or starch. This is all a negative impact on the figure. Pasta can not be overcooked, it is best to cook them until half cooked.
