  2. Cranberries - 250 g

Cooking:

  • Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the orange well, remove the zest and rub it on a fine grater.
  • Heat the butter and fry the onions on it until golden. Add honey, cranberries, zest and orange juice to the onions. Mix well, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and cook another 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Put the prepared sauce in a colander and grind to a smooth consistency.
