  • Take a deep bowl. Put the mince there, pepper, beat the egg, a little salt and mix well. Stuff them shells (do not need to cook them beforehand) and set aside for a while.
  • Pepper and tomatoes, clean from the stem and seeds, garlic, also clean.
  • It is necessary to prepare a mixture of vegetables using a blender. To do this, put in a bowl tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, garlic and half greens, mix and dilute with water to the consistency of kefir.

  7. Garlic - 2 cloves
  8. Fresh herbs: basil, parsley, rosemary - to taste

Cooking:

  • Boil cannelloni pasta in boiling, salted water for not more than 5 minutes to the al dente degree. Throw it in a colander, then lay on a flat plate. Finely chop the greens with garlic.
  • Take a deep plate, put the cottage cheese there, then a lot of greens and garlic and add the egg yolk. Salt, pepper and mix. Fill with this mass cannelloni.
  • Mix wine and cream, whisk thoroughly.

Cooking:

  • Cook the pasta for 4 minutes in lightly salted water, they should be soft and supple, but not ready. Rinse the cannelon with cold water.
  • Heat a frying pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil on the fire, put the mince and fry. Grate the grated cheese, remove the minced meat from the heat, salt and pepper to taste, mix with half the grated cheese.
  • Peel all the vegetables and chop the pepper into straws, dice the tomatoes, and onions into half rings. Put everything in a frying pan with vegetable oil and pass, then add finely chopped garlic to the mixture at the end.

  • Add tomato paste and mix all the contents, pour the wine and sprinkle with a mixture of dried herbs, black pepper and salt. Cover the sauce with a lid and reduce the heat to medium, it is necessary that it boils off.
  • Mince put on a hot skillet and fry until cooked.
  • Boil pasta in salted water with spices (black pepper, bay leaf) until half cooked. Rinse under cold water, fill with konkiloni stuffing, filling them with a space tight enough.
  • Put the stuffed pasta in a deep glass dish or iron pan, pour the sauce and pour with grated cheese. The dish should stay in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

  • Boil the pasta for no more than 4 minutes, then drain the water, add a couple of drops of vegetable oil and allow to cool.
  • Peel the onion and cut into cubes, melt the butter in a frying pan, lay the onion and pass until transparent.
  • Mushrooms clean, finely chop.
  • Once the onions have the necessary transparency, add turmeric, paprika and a little salt, mix and add the mushrooms. Fry some mushrooms with onions and spices.
  • Put the minced meat in a frying pan, fry on a low heat without a lid until the water evaporates and the mince is browned. As soon as the filling is ready, put it to cool.
