Pickle with pearl barley
We put stew meat broth. For this soup, it is better to take 300 grams of beef. When the water boils, do not forget to remove the foam, so it is better not to go far from the stove. Water boiled, extinguish the fire, salt and leave the meat to boil for an hour, and if necessary, then longer. Rinse pearl barley until the water is clear, pour into a deep dish, cover with boiled water and soak for half an hour. If you like thick soup, take about 1 glass of cereal, and half a cup is better. Now sculpt the balls, preferably of the same diameter and drop them into the pan. When the buckwheat and potatoes are almost ready, after about 15 minutes, we put the vegetables and greens. Now we add salt, pepper soup and add spices to taste.
