Sherbet - traditional oriental sweetness, which is characterized by a rich sweet taste with spicy notes. The recipe for cooking is very similar to the creamy sausage recipe. Sherbet is prepared quickly, however, it is also quickly eaten.
The composition of home sherbet:
- Cookies - 250 g
- Almond - 50 g
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Sunflower seeds - 50 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Cow candies - 100 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Cooking home sherbet:
- Jubilee cookies are ground so that small pieces come across. Fry nuts and seeds until golden brown.
- We put the candies in a deep dish and put them in a water bath until they melt. Then pour cream into the mass, mix everything well and add to the cookie. There we fall asleep nuts and seeds.
- Now it is important to knead all the ingredients until smooth, so stir it for 3-4 minutes, and if necessary, more.
- Now spread out the foil or cling film and put the whole mass in the form of sausage on it or give it any other shape.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top, wrap tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- You can roll balls from the mass and decompose in portions, sprinkling them with coconut chips.
- If the mass is badly glued, you can add a piece of butter, but do not overdo it, otherwise sherbet will be very fat.
