Sea bass - delicious fish. It has tender and rather fat meat. Although there are a lot of bones in the perch, this does not spoil its wonderful taste. You can cook the fish in different ways: bake in the oven, fry in a pan, cook in a double boiler, etc.

Composition:

  1. Sea Bass Fillet - 0.5 kg
  2. Flour - 3 tbsp. l
  3. Egg - 1 pc.
  4. Green onions - 1 bunch
  5. Walnuts - 1 tbsp.
  6. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Rinse the fillets, if there are bones, remove them. Put the fillet on a paper towel and pat dry. In a bowl, beat the egg with salt. Grind walnuts in a blender. Chop the green onion finely.
  • Roll the perch fillet in flour, dip it in the egg, then roll in the nuts and greens.
  • Put the foil on a baking sheet, place the prepared fish on top. Wrap the foil and place the perch in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees. Preparing fish for about half an hour.

Composition:

  1. Perch - 1.5 kg
  2. Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
  3. Dry white wine - ½ tbsp.
  4. Butter - 70 g
  5. Dry basil - 15 g
  6. Olive oil - for frying
  7. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  8. Potatoes - 5 pcs.
  9. Onions - 1 pc.
  10. Carrots - 1 pc.
  11. Lemon - 1 pc.
  12. Greenery
  13. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  • Clean the perch and cut it into several large pieces. Salt copiously and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Peel the carrots and potatoes. Boil vegetables in salted water until half cooked. Coarsely chop.
  • Peel and chop the onion in half rings. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Fry the onion and pepper in olive oil.
  • Put the prepared vegetables in a sleeve for roasting. Whole cherry tomatoes, chopped greens. Cut the lemon into 8 pieces and put in the sleeve too.
  • Put the same fish there. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce: mix the basil, wine and butter. Tie and shake the roasting sleeve. Make a few punctures and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Put the baking tray with the fish in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. After half an hour, open the sleeve and put the dish in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes.

Composition:

  1. Sea Bass - 700 g
  2. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  3. Potatoes - 5 pcs.
  4. Onions - 1 pc.
  5. Carrots - 1 pc.
  6. Tomato - 2 pcs.
  7. Grape vinegar - 2 tbsp. l
  8. Olives - 15 pcs.
  9. Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
  10. Greens (basil and parsley) - 3 tbsp. l
  11. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  • Clean the fish from scales, cut off the head and gut the insides. Rinse cut carcass in running water. To avoid bitterness, remove the black film inside.
  • Prepared perch rub with salt, pepper and herbs. Let the fish marinate for 30 minutes.
  • While the perch is marinated, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions, potatoes, peppers and carrots, cut into small cubes. Tomato cut into half rings, onions into thin half rings.
  • In a separate bowl, pickle the onions: Pour it with vinegar and salt.
  • To bake the fish, the vegetables do not remain raw, they need to be pre-baked. To do this, send pepper, potatoes and carrots to the microwave for 15 minutes.
  • Grease the baking sheet with butter, put the perch. After, put the vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped greens.
  • Place the tomatoes on top of the perch. To the dish is not burnt, pour it with olive oil.
  • In a separate bowl pour 100 ml of water. Place in a baking tray preheated to 220 degrees. Place a container of water in the bottom of the oven. Cooking time can reach 1 hour.
  • Decorate the fish with olives and sprigs of fresh greens.
