  • 250 grams of cheese;
  • 300 g of ham;
  • 500 g of flour;
  • to ½ tsp soda, salt and granulated sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Pour kefir into the cup and add salt, granulated sugar and soda, stir.
  2. Now you need to pour in flour and cheese, previously grated on a coarse grater. All mix well.
  3. Knead the dough so that it becomes plastic, and leave it for half an hour.
  4. Ham must be grated or cut into thin strips.

The process of making cheese tortillas with potatoes is not much different from previous recipes, so consider only its features. So, the ingredients we need are the same as in the first recipe, but still need to add 5-6 potatoes.
