  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked in uniforms;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 300 g of ham;
  • 250 g of hard cheese;
  • a small jar of pickled mushrooms;
  • spring onions and dill - a small bunch;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, put them in a bowl (it is best to use transparent dishes so that layers are visible). Sprinkle with salt lightly and coat with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  2. Dice the eggs and place on top of the potato layer.
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes - this is the next layer. Smear with mayonnaise.
  4. On a large grater, rub the cheese, put it on the ham, once again spread it with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  5. From the jar using skimmers get pickled mushrooms (or pour them into a sieve or colander). Put them on top of the salad and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 1-2 chicken breasts;
  • cherry tomatoes - about 200 g;
  • croutons of black bread (homemade or purchased);
  • a small jar of pickled mushrooms;
  • spring onions and dill - a small bunch;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in salted water.
  2. Finely chop them and place in a bowl. Top with a little pour the remaining chicken broth - then your salad will not be dry.
  3. Top with diced eggs, whole marinated mushrooms and cut in half cherry.
  4. Add croutons (they can be made from fresh or stale bread, cut into small strips and send in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, or buy ready-made). You can do without the crackers, but with them the salad will be more refined.
  5. Add chopped greens, salt (to taste) and mayonnaise.
  6. Mix everything well and place in a beautiful dish.

Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked in uniforms;
  • a small jar of pickled mushrooms;
  • bacon (about 200-300 g);
  • cherry tomatoes (150-200 g);
  • mayonnaise

Cooking:

  1. Dice potatoes and eggs, salt to taste and add mayonnaise. Stir.
  2. Add some honey from the jar (without marinade).
  3. Fry the bacon in a small amount of vegetable oil and put it in a colander (to stack the fat). For now, get some tomatoes.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or in quarters.
  5. Now cut the bacon into small pieces and combine all the ingredients.
  6. Add mayonnaise if needed.
  7. Stir.
