  6. green salad - 100 g
  7. fresh cucumber (can take and canned) - 1 pc
  8. mayonnaise - 100 g
  9. raw carrots - 1 pc
  10. vegetable oil - for frying
  11. salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil in a frying pan until fully cooked, then transfer them to a strainer in order to get the vegetable oil from them.
  • Grate the carrots, chop the onion into small pieces and fry them in the pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
  • Open the canned fish, mash the fish with a fork, but not very small.
  • Cook hard boiled eggs and mash with a fork.
  • Wash green salad, dry and chop.
  • Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  • Take the container in which you are going to lay out the salad and place leaf green salad (about ½ part) on its bottom.
  • Then put a layer of fried mushrooms (about half of the total number of mushrooms), grease with mayonnaise - each next layer will also need to be coated with mayonnaise.
  • Next layer lay out half the eggs, then - cucumbers.
  • Then comes a layer of fish, then fried onions and carrots.
  • Put the remaining mushrooms and eggs.
  • Next is a layer of the remaining green lettuce and mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle the salad with a thick layer of cheese on top of the layers, let it stand in the fridge for 1 hour and that's it — the dish is ready for serving!

  4. greens - 1 bunch

  8. mayonnaise - to taste
  9. vegetable oil - for frying

Cooking:

  • Open the mushrooms, rinse them, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Finely chop the greens.
  • Diced cucumbers and potatoes.
  • Rub eggs on a medium grater (rub the yolks separately from the proteins).
  • Open the olives and cut them into rings.
  • Olives also open and cut into quarters.
  • Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it so that it is not bitter.
  • Next, begin to lay out the salad in the form of a "hedgehog": lay the potatoes in layers, blot with mayonnaise, onions, mayonnaise, greens and mayonnaise again.
  • Put egg yolk, pickled cucumbers on top, mix with mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  • Boil chicken breasts in salted water and cool, then cut into small pieces, put in a bowl and sprinkle with soy sauce.
  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  • Onion cut into half rings, mix with mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil in a pan, cool and shift them to the meat.
  • Open the canned pineapples, drain the syrup, cut them into slices, also put them in a bowl and add mayonnaise, stir, you can sprinkle with chopped greens on top. Salad ready!
