Composition:

  1. Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs
  2. Arugula - 50 g
  3. Radish - 5 pcs
  4. Pine nuts - 1 tbsp.

  7. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Wash the leaves of arugula very thoroughly and dry on a towel.
  • Radish cut into thin slices.
  • Tomatoes cut into 2 or 4 parts - as you like.
  • Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, without adding any fat.
  • Mix olive oil with lemon juice and salt.
  • Pour the salad with the prepared dressing, garnish with pine nuts.

  1. Cherry tomatoes - 80 g
  2. Avocado - 60 g
  3. Mozzarella Cheese - 70 g
  4. Arugula - 1 bunch
  5. Olive oil - 1 tbsp.

  7. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Wash the rocket thoroughly, dry and tear into medium sized pieces with your hands.
  • Tomatoes cut in half. If desired, can be cut into 4 parts.
  • Avocado cut into thin slices.
  • Similarly, prepare the cheese.
  • Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl - rucola, then tomatoes, avocado. Top of the cheese plate.
  • Sprinkle the salad with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.

Composition:

  1. Canned tuna - 400 g
  2. Arugula - 70 g
  3. 4 chicken eggs
  4. Onion - ½ head
  5. Tomatoes - 250 g
  6. Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
  7. Olive oil - 3 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Boil chicken eggs (it is better to cook them longer, about 10 minutes), peel and cut into slices.
  • Cherry cut in half and fold into a salad bowl.
  • Wash the rucola, dry, and tear the hands into medium sized pieces.
  • Add to the rest of the ingredients in the salad bowl.
  • Onions cut into thin half rings, add olive oil and 2 tablespoons to it. soy sauce. All ingredients are good, but mix gently.
  • Tuna, not pulling out of the jar, gently break into small pieces with a fork, then shift the fish in the salad. Again, all the mix.
  • We spread the finished salad in a dish, decorate with slices of eggs, sprinkle with the remaining soy sauce.

  3. Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 g
  4. Pine nuts - 30 g

  7. Sweet mustard - ½ tsp.
  8. Honey - ½ tsp.
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Ground pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  • Rinse the tomatoes, cut into 2 or 4 parts, as you like. Rukolu thoroughly wash, dry and narvite hands on large pieces. Add to tomatoes. Fold the pine nuts a little there.

  1. Royal peeled shrimp - 350 g
  2. Cherry tomatoes - 350 g
  3. Arugula - 1 bunch
  4. Parmesan cheese - 45 g
  5. Vegetable oil - to taste
  6. A mixture of Italian herbs - to taste

For salad dressing:

  1. Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  2. Salt - 2 tsp.
  3. Ground black pepper to taste
  4. Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.

Cooking:

  • Raw, peeled shrimps are fried in a pan in vegetable oil for a few minutes. In the process of cooking we add some seafood, sprinkle them with ground black pepper. When the shrimps are ready, we lay them on the towel. This is necessary in order to leave excess fat.
  • Cut the cheese into very thin slices. Cherry cut into 2 or 4 parts - to your taste.
  • Rukolu wash, dry and tear hands on large parts.
  • We mix together the ingredients for the dressing: olive oil, ground black pepper, salt and balsamic vinegar.
  • Salad spread in the prepared dish. Pour the dressing on the salad, mix everything thoroughly.

If you want to get original italian salad, Use the following tips:

  • Choose beautiful tomatoes. They should not be dents, rot, stains. Just one spoiled tomato can make the whole salad tasteless.
  • Do not substitute olive oil for vegetable. It has a completely different smell and taste.
  • Do not replace Italian varieties of cheese product of Russian origin. In this case, it will not be possible to recreate the traditional taste of the dish.
  • If you have not found a mixture of Italian herbs for sale, you can purchase saffron and basil separately. Stir in the spices before you add the spices.

If desired, balsamic vinegar can be replaced with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. And in order to soften the spicy taste of arugula, you can marinate it in a salad dressing for some time before cooking.
