  1. Salted salmon - 100 g
  2. Young, fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  3. Tomato - 2 pcs.

  6. Parsley, dill - to taste
  7. Lettuce leaves - 2-3 leaves for decoration
  8. High quality olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  9. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Remove the peel from the avocado, pull out a bone, cut into cubes and pour over lemon juice
  • Cucumber, salmon and tomatoes cut into equal cubes
  • Put in a beautiful salad bowl, sprinkle with finely chopped onion, dill, parsley and sprinkle with olive oil. Mix.

  1. Salmon - 100 g
  2. Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  3. Tomato - 2 pcs.
  4. Avocado - 1 pc.
  5. Mayonnaise, preferably homemade - 1 tsp.
  6. Sour cream 15% -20% fat - 1 tsp.
  7. Mustard - 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
  9. Parsley - 2 sprigs

Cooking:

  • Peel the cucumbers. Scald tomatoes with boiling water and peel.
  • Wash the avocado thoroughly and cut it in half, carefully remove the bone.
  • With a teaspoon we take out all the pulp from the avocado, trying not to damage the peel and to keep the shape.
  • Tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado cut into cubes.
  • For the sauce: combine mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream and lemon juice. Mix.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the salad and sauce, mix.

Composition:

  1. Salmon - 250 g
  2. Avocado - 1 pc.
  3. Cucumber - 2 pcs.
  4. Bulgarian pepper red or yellow - 2 pcs.
  5. Red onion - 1 small onion
  6. Quail eggs - 8 pcs.
  7. Dill - 1 small bunch
  8. Coriander, pepper, salt - to taste
  9. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  10. Sour cream or natural yoghurt - 200 g

Cooking:

  • Peel the cucumber, remove seeds from the Bulgarian pepper, cut the vegetables into cubes.
  • Red onion finely chopped. It needs very little, half the small onion is enough, otherwise the taste will be sharp.
  • Avocado peeled and cut into cubes.
  • Quail eggs cook hard boiled. Dip them in boiling water for 5 minutes and then pour cold water over them.
  • Salmon cut into cubes.
  • Dill finely chopped.
  • Fold the prepared ingredients into a salad bowl.
  • Mix lemon juice with yogurt or sour cream, add a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Mix the salad with the dressing and spread the quail eggs cut in half.
