Seafood, in particular squid, is very useful due to the high content of vitamins, microelements and other substances. Squids are a real source of protein, taurine, vitamins of group B and PP. From this product you can cook very tasty, hearty and healthy salads.

Composition:

  • Canned squid - 200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
  • Bunch of lettuce - 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Onions - ½ pcs.
  • Lemon juice -2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Cut the squid into small pieces. Wash and dry vegetables. Cherry cut into quarters, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut the Bulgarian pepper into half rings, chop the parsley, chop the onion with thin half rings.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients of the salad in a salad bowl, season with sauce and mix.

Composition:

  • Canned squid - 200 g
  • Pitted olives - 1 can
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Rusks - 1 pack
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise - for refueling

Cooking:

  1. Cook the eggs, grate them or chop them finely. Cut the olives in half or in circles. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Drain the oil from the squid.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir the salad, and add the croutons before serving.

  • Canned squid - 200 g
  • Cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • Fresh champignons - 300 g
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Squids, cucumbers and champignons cut into strips. Fry the champignons in vegetable oil. Put the ingredients in a salad bowl: cucumbers, a layer of mayonnaise, mushrooms, a layer of mayonnaise squid and another 1 layer of mayonnaise
  2. Boil an egg hard, grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle the salad on top. If desired, it can be decorated with parsley or slices of olives.

Composition:

  • Canned squid - 150 g
  • Canned octopus - 150 g
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Pitted olives - 1 can
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Celery stalk - 4 pcs.
  • Green Beans - 100 g
  • Salt and red pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Thinly chop the celery stalks, finely chop the parsley, cut the olives in half. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Boil the beans in salted water and cool. Cut 5 thin strips of peel from a lemon, cut it into straws, and squeeze juice from a lemon.
  2. Drain the octopus and squid oil. If seafood is large, cut them into pieces. Peel the garlic and pass it through the press. Pound garlic with salt. Mix seafood with vegetables and lemon zest.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Season with the mixture and mix.

  • Canned squid - 300 g
  • Canned green peas - 4 tbsp.
  • Salted cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots. Diced pickles. Carrots cut into half rings, potatoes - into cubes. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the green peas and squid.
  2. Salt, pepper and season the salad with mayonnaise. Garnish with parsley and olives.

  • Canned mussels - 100 g;
  • Shrimp - 100 g

  • Natural yoghurt - 3 tbsp.
  • Balsamic vinegar - ½ tsp.
  • Salt and spicy herbs - to taste
  • Greens to taste

Cooking:

  1. Drain the canned seafood and cut it into small pieces. Boil the shrimp in salted water until tender. Crab sticks cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, balsamic vinegar, salt and herbs. Put the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the gherkins and season with the sauce. Decorate with chopped greens and serve.

Composition:

  • Canned squid - 200 g
  • Canned corn - 1 can
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Leek - 1 pc.
  • Red caviar - 30 g
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise - for refueling

Cooking:

  1. Cook hard boiled eggs, divide them into whites and yolks. Protein cut into strips or grate on a coarse grater. Drain the corn and squid brine. If the squids are large, cut them into slices.
  2. Cut leek into onions, cucumbers into strips. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt and season the ingredients. Gently rub the yolks on a fine grater and sprinkle on the prepared salad. Garnish with caviar and dill sprigs.
