  1. Beef - 4.5 kg
  2. Worcestershire sauce - 3 tbsp.
  3. Grainy mustard - 3 tbsp.
  4. Rosemary sprigs - 10 pcs.
  5. Olive oil - 5 tbsp.
  6. Garlic - 5 cloves
  7. Liquid honey - 3 tbsp.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  • In a separate bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, olive oil and honey. Finely chop the rosemary, skip the garlic through a press and add to the marinade. Salt and pepper.
  • Separate ¼ portion from the marinade and grease the meat with it. Leave the beef to marinate for 1.5 to 2 hours.
