  • Take a pastry syringe and lay out the mass in the form of medium-sized balls. The approximate size of the balls should be within 5 cm. Place a baking tray with balls for 40 minutes in the oven until a crust forms on them.

  2. Chicken liver - 200 g
  3. Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
  4. Onion - 0.5 heads
  5. Salt - ½ tsp.
  6. Flour - 120 g
  7. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Carrots - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  • Pour the milk into the pan. Bring it to a boil, salt it. Then slice the butter and add to the milk. Bring everything to a boil again.
  • As soon as the mixture boils, add flour. Do this carefully and one spoon, stirring constantly, so that there are no lumps. Stir the mixture until it becomes thick. Then remove the pan from the stove, and when the milk has cooled, beat the eggs into it, continuing to stir. The dough should become viscous.
  • Then prepare a dry baking sheet, grease it and lightly sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough with a walnut-sized spoon. Or use a pastry bag, which fill and squeeze the dough in the right portions. Heat the oven and put the profiteroles there. Bake them at maximum temperature until a golden crust appears.
