Composition:

  1. Pork tenderloin - 1 kg
  2. Canned pineapple - 1 can
  3. Hard cheese - 400 g
  4. Mayonnaise - 300 g
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking:

  • Cut the pork tenderloin across the fibers into equal pieces, about 2 cm thick. On a cutting wooden board, beat each piece from 2 sides with a hammer.
  • Sprinkle each with pepper and salt on both sides. To meat soaked with spices, put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  • While the pork is soaked, prepare the filling for the chops. Pineapples are recommended to take canned, sliced ​​rings. If you want, you can take a fresh pineapple, peel it and cut it into thin circles. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  • Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place pieces of meat on it. Put a pineapple slice on each chop, brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cooking:

  • Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into strips approximately 2 cm thick. Beat the pieces well on both sides, salt and pepper. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay the beaten fillet and grease it with mayonnaise.
  • Cut pineapple into small pieces, olives into slices. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Chop the greens. Spread pineapple and olives on turkey chops, sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
  • Put the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour. Serve the chops hot.
