Composition:

  1. Frozen blueberries - 400 g
  2. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  3. Milk - 1 tbsp.
  4. Butter - 50 g
  5. Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  6. Vanilla sugar - ½ tsp.
  7. Sugar powder - ½st.
  8. Powder for baking - 1 tsp.
  9. Salt - 1 pinch

Cooking:

  • Beat the butter in a blender, add powdered sugar and continue to beat until smooth. Then break the eggs into the mixture and add the vanilla sugar. Beat again. Divide the prepared mass into 2 parts and leave for 30 minutes.
  • While the mixture is infused, sift the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Add salt and baking powder to it. Gently pour the milk in small portions and one of the parts of the egg mass. Mix everything so that there are no lumps. At the very end add the 2nd part of the egg mass and mix again.
  • Grease a baking tray with sunflower oil or butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the cooked dough on a baking sheet, spread the frozen blueberries evenly on top and place in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 30 minutes. When the cake is ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

For the test:

  1. Flour - 3 tbsp.
  2. Butter - 300 g
  3. Granulated sugar - 100 g
  4. Salt - 1 pinch
  5. Milk - 1 tbsp.

For filling:

  1. Frozen blueberries - 1 kg
  2. Potato starch - 2 tbsp.
  3. Granulated sugar - 2 tbsp.
  4. Flour - 3 tbsp.
  5. Butter - 50 g
  6. Whipped cream - for decoration

Cooking:

  • Soften the butter, add milk, sugar and salt. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Divide it into 2 parts: one large, others - small.
  • Roll out most of the dough into a rectangle of medium thickness. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and place the rolled dough on it.
  • Now cook the filling for the cake. In a separate bowl, mix the potato starch, sugar and flour. Stir until smooth, add blueberries. Put the stuffing evenly on the dough, sprinkle with grated butter on top. After that, roll the 2nd part of dough into a larger rectangle and cover the cake with it. Pinch the edges and make a few holes around the perimeter. This will help the hot air to go out and the cake will not swell.
  • Place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool the cake and decorate with whipped cream.

Cooking:

  • Defrost the blueberries before cooking the cottage cheese pie. Rinse the berries in a colander, let excess water drain, put on a paper towel and dry.
  • Slice the butter into pieces and place in a bowl. Sift flour into a bowl, break 1 egg and knead the dough. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and put in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Spread curd with sugar, mix it with the remaining eggs, add vanilla sugar. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough and place in a greased form. Make high sides, evenly lay out the curd mass and berries. Put the pan in the oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished blueberry pie with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves.

  3. Flour - 200 g

  8. Cinnamon and nutmeg - to taste
  9. Oatmeal - 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Scald the peaches with boiling water, remove the skin and coarsely chop them. Mix in a large bowl with blueberries, 3 tbsp. flour and sugar. Pour the fruit mass into the form, greased with butter.
  • Grind the brown sugar with butter, salt, cinnamon, ground nutmeg and rolled oats to a homogeneous crumbly mass. Sprinkle the fruit with the prepared crumb and put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45 minutes. The finished cake is served with tea.
