But many people are stopped by memories from childhood, when mother conscientiously fed spoon after spoon with cottage cheese, but we did not want to eat it so much. Therefore, we offer you a new look at the cottage cheese, because of it you can cook a lot of unusual and very tasty dishes.
Delicious cottage cheese casserole
There are two packs of cottage cheese in the fridge, but you still can't think of where to use them? Remember the curd pancakes. In the morning you want something light and tender. Take 400 g of cottage cheese (most importantly, the cottage cheese should not be sour, therefore, try it first) and place in a deep plate. Pour some boiled water from the kettle, add 5 tablespoons of semolina, mix well. Beat in one egg, pour 2 spoons of sugar (you can use honey). Flour is not necessary.
Now finely-finely crumble 3 lemon slices and add a handful of washed raisins. Mix everything and put in the form. Bake for about 20 minutes. Breakfast will be nutritious and vitamin, and most importantly - delicious. You can add different fillings: dried cherries, dried apricots, dates, prunes. And beautiful, and easy, and a good mood charges.
Such rafaelkas are made very quickly, so keep in mind this dessert in case the small guests suddenly appear.
We buy two children's cottage cheese without raisins, knead them with a fork. There we add some sugar, if the curd is unsweetened, and lemon zest. We roll balls of the same diameter, in the middle you can put one fried hazelnuts. Pour the coconut chips on a plate and dip the balls there. Top can be decorated with some jam, nuts. And put in the fridge for 20 minutes. If there are no coconut chips, you can roll the balls in grated waffles or cookies.
First we need to make pancakes. Three eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Beat the whites until they keep the shape of a peak, add a pinch of salt and put them in the fridge. Beat the yolks and half a cup of sugar together, add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Half a spoon of soda extinguish and add to the same. Soda can be quenched with either a drop of vinegar or citric acid, or fresh lemon.
We boil a glass of milk, remove it from the stove and dissolve 100 g of dark chocolate there. Flour take first 3 tbsp. spoons and 1 tbsp. spoon cocoa, sift, add to the yolks. Then add chocolate mixture. Look at the consistency of the dough: it should look like thin sour cream, add flour as needed. At the end, enter the proteins and gently mix the dough, as if lifting it. The dough for pancakes is ready. Warm up the pan well and start baking.
Now we make the filling: 200 ml of cream with 35% fat content are whipped with 200 g of pasty curd, add powdered sugar to taste. Beat well and begin to spread pancakes all over the diameter. On top of the curd put the canned peach slices, about in the middle of the pancake. We turn everything into a roll, cut into small portions. Cut the edges so they are even. If you use fresh fruits, keep in mind that pears are torn with curd, kiwi and bananas give good taste. And do not put cocoa powder above the norm - pancakes will become bitter.
For the glaze, you need to melt the chocolate bar and add some vegetable oil there. And now carefully dipping each pancake from all sides into chocolate, the top can be poured with a spoon. And put in the fridge freeze.
