Composition:

  1. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  2. Greens (dill, parsley)
  3. Onions - 1 pc.
  4. Pastor (beef meat delicacy) - 400 g
  5. Mayonnaise - 50 g

Cooking:

  • Cook hard-boiled eggs and cut them into cubes.
  • Rinse and finely chop the herbs.
  • Peel the onions, finely chop and soak in boiling water for 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Drain.
  • Cut the pastorm into small cubes.
  • Pour all the ingredients into a salad bowl, add mayonnaise, salt to taste. Mix everything.
  • Put the ministerial salad in the fridge for 2 hours, after which you can serve the salad to the table.

  1. Beets - 1 pc.
  2. Carrots - 1 pc.
  3. Apple - 1 pc.
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Mustard

  9. Pickled cucumbers - 1 pc.
  10. Dill
  11. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Boil the beets and potatoes, cool and peel.
  • Carrots are put into the salad raw, so it must be cleaned and grated on a coarse grater.
  • Peel the apples and remove the core. Grate the grated apples.
  • Cut the pickles into cubes.
  • Finely chop the onion and dill.
  • Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mustard and sour cream (1: 1). Salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.

  2. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  3. Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  4. Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  5. Green onions

  8. Cilantro
  9. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Boil potatoes and carrots. Peel and rub on a medium grater.
  • Finely chop the fresh cucumber, cilantro and green onions.
  • Salmon cut into strips.
  • Egg grate on a medium grater.
  • Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. If desired, the salad can be decorated with greens, red caviar and lemon slices.

  2. Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  3. Eggs - 3 pcs.

Cooking:

  • Cook veal and beef. When the meat is cooked, let it cool and cut into thin strips.
  • Prepare an egg omelette: break eggs into a glass and shake. Pour into a frying pan with vegetable oil, add onion, chopped into rings, and fry everything until done.
  • Let the omelet cool and chop it finely.
  • Cut the cucumbers into thin circles and place them in a separate bowl. Add veal and omelet to cucumbers. Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise.

  1. Chicken fillet - 500 g
  2. Champignons - 500 g
  3. Onions - 1 pc.
  4. Green cucumber - 1 pc.
  5. Greenery
  6. Mayonnaise
  7. Butter and vegetable oil - 10 g

Cooking:

  • Salad is made in layers. Each layer is coated with mayonnaise.
  • Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into strips. Put the chicken on the bottom of the salad bowl.
  • Fry the mushrooms and onions in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Put on the chicken.
  • Grate the cucumber and place on top of the mushrooms.
  • Finely chop the boiled eggs and place on the salad.
  • Top salad is decorated with greens.

This ministerial salad variant is nourishing and fat, so this is more a holiday recipe than a daily one.

Composition:

  1. Salmon - 200 g
  2. Green apples - 3 pcs.
  3. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  4. Cheese - 100 g
  5. Lettuce (any) - 50 g
  6. Mayonnaise - 100 g

Cooking:

  • Boil salmon: pour water into a saucepan, add salt, bring to a boil and place fish. In 10 minutes the salmon will be ready. Remove the fish from the broth and cool.
  • Put leaf lettuce on the bottom of the salad bowl.
  • Finely chop the salmon and place on top of the lettuce. Brush with mayonnaise.
  • Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater and place the next layer. Smear with mayonnaise.
  • Cook hard boiled eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the squirrels on a coarse grater and place in a salad bowl on top of the apples. Brush with mayonnaise.
  • Grate the grated cheese and sprinkle on top. Brush with mayonnaise.
  • Put the yolk grated on a fine grater on top of the cheese.
  • Cover the salad bowl with cling film, put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it is soaked. Salad ready!
