Cooking:

  • Peel all the vegetables. Chop onions into small cubes, rub carrots on a medium grater.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker, turn on Baking mode, put onion and fry until golden brown.
  • While the onion is fried, soak the loaf in milk. Pass the meat along with the soaked loaf in a meat grinder.
  • Put the fried onions in a deep bowl, add the minced meat, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • From the prepared mass, form small balls, put them in a bowl of maltvarki.
  • In a separate bowl, mix tomato paste, sour cream, hot water, salt, pepper, sugar and grated carrots.
  • Stir the mixture well and fill the meatballs with it.
