Composition:

  1. Beef - 700 g
  2. Stale bread - 200 g
  3. Milk - 150 ml
  4. Egg - 1 pc.
  5. Onions - 1 pc.
  6. Flour - 200 g
  7. Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  8. Tomato sauce - 5 tbsp.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Vegetable oil

Cooking:

  • Fill the stale bread with milk and soak for 10 - 15 minutes. While bread is soaking, clean the onion and cut it into cubes.
  • Wash the beef, finely chop and mix with onions. Add an egg to the mixture, a little sour cream and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Soaked bread squeeze and put in the meat mass. Salt, pepper to taste and form small round bits.
  • Pan the meatballs in flour and place on a greased baking dish.
  • Mix the tomato paste with the remaining sour cream, salt and mix to a uniform consistency.
  • Fill the chops with cooked sauce, put the pan in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • The finished dish is served with a side dish, which is also watered with sour cream-tomato sauce.

Cooking:

  • Roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Fry chops put in a saucepan.
  • Mix sour cream with a little water, add salt and pepper.
  • Put the saucepan on the fire, pour with sour cream sauce, cover and simmer for about 25 minutes.
  • Serve mince meatballs with rice or mashed potatoes, sprinkle with chopped greens and watering with sour cream sauce.
