Composition:

  • Salted trout - 200 g
  • Boiled egg - 3 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese (can be any solid) - 5 pcs
  • Pickled garlic - 5 cloves
  • Olives - to taste
  • Quail eggs - 4 pcs
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • Liquid honey - 1 tsp.
  • Pepper Mix - to taste
  • Sea salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Take the chicken, hard-boiled eggs. Peel them and cut into large cubes. Put half of the resulting mass in a salad bowl.
  2. Dice the lightly salted trout and place half of the whole trout over the eggs.
  3. From the tomatoes, clean the seeds. Cut the tomato flesh into cubes. The cheese you have chosen is also cut into cubes. Take only half and put in a salad bowl.
  4. Now repeat the layers again from those products that remained after the first installation. When laying layers do not crush them. The salad should remain fluffy. Put a little pickled garlic on top.
  5. Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, mix olive oil, lemon juice, liquid honey. Add sea salt and pepper mixture. The acidity and sweetness of the sauce can be adjusted to your liking.
  6. Salad refuel. Decorate it with olives and quail eggs. Put the dish in the fridge for 1 hour to let the salad infuse.

  • Boiled carrots - 2 pieces
  • Boiled beets - 1 pc
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs

  • Mayonnaise - 200 g

Cooking:

  1. Free the potatoes from the peel and grate them. Salt it a little and mix with mayonnaise. Put it on a plate - this will be the first layer.
  2. Salted trout must be cut into small cubes. Mix the fish with mayonnaise and place on the plate with the second layer.
  3. Wash the green onions and chop, pre-dried. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  4. Use a third layer to lay the eggs, chopped on a fine grater, which must be cleaned beforehand. Before you lay out, the egg mass should be mixed with mayonnaise.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Make a mixture of grated cheese and mayonnaise. Put it in the fourth layer.
  6. Grate carrots on a grater, add mayonnaise to it - this is the fifth layer. Next, put the beets. You can arrange the salad in the form of fish. To do this, leave a little bit of light - it will serve as the head of the fish. You can decorate the salad as you like.

  • Boiled rice - 150 g
  • Red salad onions - 1 head
