  • Butter - 150 g

Cooking:

Composition:

  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
  • Bold cottage cheese - 150 g
  • Baking Powder - ½ tsp.
  • Flour - 200 g
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Liqueur - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs and vegetable oil in a deep bowl. Sift the flour and pour into a bowl. Add baking powder. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind a whole lemon and an apple through a meat grinder. Stir the fruit mass with the liqueur and sugar.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 parts: large and small. Roll out most of it and place it on the bottom in a baking dish. Put the stuffing on top of the base. Roll out the second part of the dough, make a few holes or cuts in it.
  4. Place the baking dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes. The finished cake can be served cold or hot, garnished with ice cream, lemon slices and mint leaves.

  • Butter - 270 g
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Lemon - 3 pcs.
  • Eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Almond - 70 g

Cooking:

  1. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Grate the lemon zest and add 2/3 of the resulting zest to the mass. Add eggs. Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve into a bowl and mix everything.
  2. Crush the almonds, squeeze the juice from the lemon. Put the cooked mixture in a bowl with dough. Lubricate the baking pan with butter, cover with parchment and pour the mass for the pie.   • Sugar - 1.5 Art.

  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, pour in the semolina in small portions and stir. Leave the mass for 30 minutes.
  2. Grate lemon on a coarse grater. In a separate bowl pound sugar with eggs. Mix the egg and semolina, as well as lemon zest. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Beat the mixture with a blender or mixer.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough. Put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
  4. Ready lemongrass can be served for tea in cold or hot.

  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Sour cream - 250 ml
  • Soda - 1 tsp.

  • Flour - 4 tbsp.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Instant coffee - 1 tsp.
  • Water - 4 tbsp. l
  • Vanilla - 1 pinch

Cooking:

  1. Melt the margarine. Quench the soda with vinegar, mix it with sour cream, sugar, eggs, flour and melted margarine.
  2. Coffee pour boiling water, cool it and add to the dough.
