Lazy dumplings are not so christened because not only lazy people can cook them. The dish received this name because of the simplicity of its execution - there is no need to roll out the dough and fill each dumpling separately. You will only need to mix all the proposed ingredients, cut the dough into slices and cook.
The quality of the dough and the taste of the finished dish is greatly affected by the fat content of the curd. Experienced chefs recommend buying a good cottage cheese with a large percentage of fat content, and before mixing, rub it through a sieve.

Ingredients for the test:
- cottage cheese - 230 g;
- flour - 130 g;
- chicken eggs - 1 pc .;
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
- semolina - 7 tbsp. l
Ingredients for sauce:
- condensed milk - 100 g;
- cream - 100 g;
- white chocolate - 50 g;
- butter - 30 g
- We pour cottage cheese into a bowl, we put one egg in there and thoroughly rub all the ingredients with a fork.
- Then add sugar, semolina, flour to the bowl and knead everything again.
- Putting the bowl with the dough aside, it is best to put it in a warm place so that the semolina swelled. It will take about an hour.
- In the meantime, you need to do the preparation of the sauce. Heat some milk in a saucepan.
- Whip cream in a separate container and pour half of warm milk to them. Mix well.
- The second part of the milk is mixed with condensed milk.
- Combine whipped cream and milk with condensed milk, return the saucepan to the stove on a slow fire.
- Stirring regularly, add butter and white chocolate to the milk mixture. We wait until the chocolate is completely dissolved, and remove the container from the fire.
- After an hour, lay out the dough on a floured work surface.
- We roll the dough into a ball, and then into a sausage and cut at an angle into slices.
- Dip the semi-finished products in boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Put the finished dumplings in the pan with melted butter and fry a little.

Ukrainian dumplings with banana
In general, dumplings came to us from Poland and the Czech Republic, where they are made on a potato basis. In the cities of Western Ukraine, they took this dish as a basis, but slightly modified the composition: it is proposed to use cottage cheese instead of potatoes. - sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
- cottage cheese - 450 g;
- eggs - 1 pc .;
- coconut chips - ½ st .;
- flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
- bar of milk chocolate.
- Beat the eggs a little with a whisk for pomp, it will be enough for a resistant foam to appear on the surface. Add cottage cheese to the egg mixture and knead the dough base.
- Then in small portions, without ceasing to stir, add semolina with sugar.
- Now add a little flour and knead the dough. The basis for the lazy dumplings should be soft, but at the same time roll well, so the flour may need a little less or more, depending on its quality.
- When the dough is ready, proceed to the preparation of the filling. To do this, clean the banana, cut the flesh into rings, and rub the chocolate on a fine grater.
- We divide the whole mass of cottage cheese dough into small pieces and roll each into a ball.
- We moisten hands with water, we spread a ball on a palm and we knead in a flat cake.
- In the center of the cake lay out a circle of banana, sprinkle it with chocolate chips and roll.
- Boil the dumplings in a saucepan with lightly salted water for about 8 minutes, and then remove with a skimmer and immediately roll in coconut chips.
