  7. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  8. Salt and spices - to taste
  9. Greens (parsley, dill, basil) - to taste
  10. Olive oil - for frying

For the sauce:

  1. Tomato paste - 5 tbsp.
  2. Hot sauce ("chili" or "Tabasco") - 1 tsp.
  3. Flour - 2 tbsp.
  4. Sour cream - 300 g
  5. Salt and spices - to taste

Cooking:

  • Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Wash the cabbage, chop the greens. Grind all the vegetables in a blender or mince. Boil rice in salted water until half cooked.
  • Mix vegetables, herbs, rice and eggs with minced chicken. Salt and pepper. All mix thoroughly until smooth. From the minced meat, form oblong large patties, fry in olive oil and place in a deep pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the tomato paste, hot sauce, flour and sour cream. Add salt and spices.
  • Pour the sauce into the pan with the stuffed cabbage and put on a slow fire. Cooking time - 40 minutes. Ready-made lazy cabbage rolls are served hot along with the sauce.

  2. Sauerkraut - 500 g
  3. Mushrooms (champignons or chanterelles) - 400 g

  6. Rice - 1 tbsp.
  7. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  8. Salt and spices - to taste
  9. Vegetable oil - for frying

For the sauce:

  1. Tomato paste - 5 tbsp.
  2. Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  3. Flour - 2 tbsp.
  4. Sour cream - 300 g
  5. Salt and spices - to taste

Cooking:

  • Peel the vegetables and chop them in a blender. Boil rice in salted water until half cooked. Finely chop the mushrooms or mince.
  • Mix vegetables, rice, mushrooms and eggs with minced meat. Salt and pepper. All mix thoroughly until smooth. Stir in the minced sauerkraut. Form oblong large patties, fry in vegetable oil and place in a deep pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the tomato paste, finely chopped tomatoes, flour and sour cream. Add salt and spices. Pour the sauce into the pan with the stuffed cabbage and set on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Cooking:
