Cooking kutab from lavash

If you do not want or you do not have time to mess with the dough, then you can cook kutab with lavash. They, of course, will differ in appearance from the Azerbaijani Qutab, but they will turn out to be no less tasty.

Composition:

  • pita bread - 3 pcs .;
  • smoked cheese - 200 g;
  • a mixture of fresh greens;
  • cooked smoked ham - 200 g;
  • sunflower oil.

Cooking:

  1. Each pita must be cut into equal rectangles (4-6 pieces are obtained from each).
  2. Prepare the filling: rub cheese (preferably on a fine grater), wash and dry the greens, and then grind it. Keep greens and cheese in equal proportions.
