Korean funchoza

Rice noodleshas many different names: Thai pasta, white noodles, crystal pasta. It is perfectly combined with all sorts of ingredients, low-calorie and does not cause allergies. Noodles are very popular in Asian countries, where they make it a delicious and healthy salad funchozu.

Korean Funchoza- one of those dishes that you can cook yourself. There are many recipes for funchoz. In the salad, you can add seafood, poultry, meat and vegetables.

Korean funchoza: a recipe

Korean Funchoza

Composition:

  1. Rice noodles - 1 pack
  2. Carrots - 3 pcs.
  3. Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  4. Table vinegar - 1 tsp.
  5. Vegetable oil (sunflower or olive) - 3 tbsp.
  6. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  7. Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  • Boil rice noodles: put noodles in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. While the rice noodles are boiling, you can prepare the vegetables.
  • Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. For convenience, you can use a grater for cooking carrots in Korean. Mix the chopped carrot with salt and let it stand for 7 minutes.
  • Wash the paprika and cut it into thin strips. Fry the bell peppers in olive oil. Ready pepper remove from the pan with a spoon to butter glass.
  • Swirl cooked rice noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  • Mix the noodles with the finished carrots and add the crushed garlic. Mix well.
  • Add Korean pepper, vinegar, salt and ground pepper to funchose in Korean. Stir.

  4. Cucumber - 2 pcs.
  5. Garlic - ½ head

  7. Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
  8. Soy sauce - to taste
  9. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Pour cold water on rice noodles for 10 minutes. Drain and pour boiling water over the noodles for 5 minutes.
  • Peel and grate Korean carrot grated carrots.
  • Slice cucumbers and bell peppers into thin strips.

  2. Chicken Breast - 300 g
  3. Green radish - 1 pc.
  4. Carrots - 1 pc
  5. Bulgarian pepper (red) - 1 pc.
  6. Garlic - 2 cloves
  7. Olive oil - for frying
  8. Soy sauce - to taste
  9. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in a hot frying pan in olive oil.
  • Peel radish and carrots, rub grated vegetables for carrots in Korean.
  • Cook rice noodles: immerse the noodles in boiling water and stir for three minutes to prevent them from sticking together. The noodles should be translucent. Throw the noodles through a colander and rinse in cold water. To the noodles were not so long, it can be cut with kitchen scissors.
  • Fry the Bulgarian pepper, carrots and radish in a pan, adding salt and crushed garlic.
  • In a deep bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients and season with soy sauce.
