  • Peel the vegetable, rinse and grate on a long grater, add vinegar.
  • Squeeze the garlic in the garlic press, add to the carrots and add the same seasoning.

  • While the onions will be fried, the cucumber must also be grated on a long grater, added to the carrots and mixed.
  • After the onion is ready, you must add it to other vegetables and leave it all for 3 hours to soak.

  2. garlic - 3 cloves
  3. onion - 2 small heads
  4. black and red pepper, soy sauce, coriander, salt - to taste
  5. vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Root must be grated on a long or special grater, and then placed under a press.
  • Then it must be shifted to a colander and 2 times immersed in boiling water, but no more than 2 seconds.
  • It is necessary to wait until the water is drained, and the remaining mass should be transferred to the bowl.
  • Add vegetable oil to the pan, put onion pre-cut on it and fry it until golden color appears, and then also put it in a bowl.
  • After that, vinegar, both types of ground pepper, coriander, salt and soy sauce should be added to vegetable oil.
  • Then the prepared vegetable oil should be poured in vegetables and onions and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Salad is required to put in a cold dark place for a day so that it is soaked.

  3. onion - 1 head
  4. garlic (cloves) - 6 pcs.
  5. ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  6. vinegar (6%) - 30 g
  7. red pepper - 1/3 tsp.
  8. vegetable oil - 100 ml
  9. salt, sugar - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  • Grate the vegetable on a coarse grater, add sugar and salt to it, mix everything thoroughly and leave for 20 minutes.
  • After that, add both types of ground pepper there, re-stand for 10 minutes and mix well.
  • Pour all vinegar and incubate for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 2-3 tsp ground cilantro seeds need to fry and add to the vegetable and pepper.
  • After 10 minutes, onion must be cut and fry in sunflower oil. Onion in the mixture is not necessary to add, but only pour it with hot sunflower oil.
  • Finely chop the garlic, add it there, wait a few hours and that's it - the salad is ready!

  • Add garlic, hot red pepper, sugar, salt, seasoning and vegetable oil passed through a press, mix everything thoroughly.
  • Boil for 20 minutes.
  • Then add vinegar, boil for another 10 minutes and roll into sterilized jars.
  • The yield of salad is about 7-8 liter cans.

  7. salt - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add hot pepper to it.
  • After a minute, add chopped onion into the butter and fry it until golden brown.
  • Add sugar and salt to grated carrots.

  • Put the onion out of the oil, cool the oil and add to the mixture.
