  1. Beet - 2 kg
  2. Garlic - 2 heads
  3. Red ground pepper - 1.5 tbsp.
  4. Ground coriander - 1 tbsp.
  5. 9 percent vinegar - 6 tbsp.
  6. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  7. Salt and sugar to taste


  • Rinse the beets thoroughly, peel them and grate them for the Korean carrot. If there is no such grater, rub on a normal coarse or chop with a knife into a thin straw.
  • Peel the heads of garlic and pass it through the press. Add garlic, red pepper and ground coriander to grated beets, mix. Add some sugar, salt and vinegar. If you want, you can dilute the vinegar in a small amount of warm water. Stir the beets well again.
  • Pour the vegetable oil into the scoop, put it on the fire and heat until the smoke goes. Pour the beets with hot oil, mix everything and cool at room temperature. Close the container with the beet lid and refrigerate overnight. In the morning you have ready pickled beets in Korean, which can be served at the table.

  • Wash and peel the beets thoroughly. Grate it on a special grater or cut it into thin strips. Add vinegar and salt to beetroot and refrigerate for 4 hours. After the time expires, remove the beetroot from the refrigerator, squeeze out the separated juice.
  • In a mortar, interpret cloves and cinnamon. Garlic skip through the press. Finely chop the onion into cubes and fry on a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. After roasting, you can throw away the onions, or you can add them to the beets - as you wish. In any case, you have to add onion oil to beets.
  • Add spices and garlic to beets, mix everything and let it brew in the refrigerator for several hours. Ready-made beet in Korean turns out very tasty, fragrant and with a pleasant savor.

  1. Beets - 500 g
  2. Onions - 1 pc.
  3. Garlic - 3 cloves
  4. Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
  5. Sesame - 1 tbsp.

  7. Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  8. Vegetable oil - for refueling
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Lemon juice - to taste
  11. Acetic essence - 1 tbsp.


  • Wash and peel the beets. Chop it with straws, salt and leave for half an hour to soak. Peel and chop the onion into rings, fry in vegetable oil and cool. Peel the garlic and pass through the press.
