  1. Wash carrots and beets. Put them in separate pots, pour water so that it is 5 cm higher than the surface of the vegetables, and put on the stove. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cook until the beets and carrots are soft. Usually carrots are cooked much faster than beets, so it is better to put beets in advance. When the vegetables are ready, drain the water and let them cool.
  2. Now chop the boiled sausage into thin strips.
  3. Peel carrots and beets and cut into strips.
  4. Before you lay out the vegetables, make room in the center of the dish. Take a large dish and put on it beets, then sausage, then carrots, and then green peas. Arrange the chips around the vegetables nicely.

  1. Wash meat. Take a saucepan, pour water and let it boil. When the water boils, put the beef there and remove the foam, then make a small fire. Boil the meat for about 2 hours.   2. Simultaneously with the meat, boil the washed carrots and beets. When they are soft, drain the water and let it cool.
  3. Now proceed to the preparation of onion marinade. In water, dissolve sugar, salt, then boil it. In the hot water pour vegetable oil and vinegar.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into thin half-rings. Fill it with hot marinade. When the marinade has cooled, the onion will be ready.
  5. Cut cold beef into thin strips. Drain marinade and squeeze onions. Grate hard cheese.
  6. Peel the potatoes, cut into strips. Heat the oil and cook the french fries.
  7. Take a wide dish and lay a salad on it in layers. Start with pickled onions, then - time boiled beef, then put the carrots, beets, grease each layer with mayonnaise, put the potatoes on top and sprinkle all the cheese. Put the finished salad in the fridge. Decorate it with olives and sprigs of green.

  5. Parsley wash, dry and chop finely.
  6. Take a round dish and place carrots, cucumbers, sausages, beets, chips, green peas in separate slides. Sprinkle them with greens on top.
  7. Put mayonnaise in the middle of the salad. It can be cooked at home. To do this, wash 2 eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins. Mix yolks with 0.5 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. Sahara. Beat yolks until salt and sugar are dissolved. After that add 1 tsp. sunflower oil, lemon juice and dry mustard. Mix everything well. Homemade mayonnaise is ready.
